4 cups water
2 teaspoons (or 2 cubes) gluten-free chicken or beef bouillon
1 teaspoon gluten-free soy sauce or worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 onion
cooked chicken or beef chunks
2 carrots, sliced
1 potato
1 cup frozen, cut green beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 can gluten-free baked beans or navy beans
Boil water and add flavorings, onions, meat, carrots, potato, green beans. Cook for about ten minutes, then add corn and beans. Cook for another 5 minutes or so.
