Quick Potato Soup

3 cups water

1 teaspoon GF stock powder

Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in:

¾ cup instant mashed potatoes OR more if potato flakes are big

1/3 cup powdered milk

You may also add bacon pieces, corn, or other vegetables.
