2 pounds (900 grams) ground turkey, browned
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
2 cans diced tomatoes, one drained
3 cans diced green chiles
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
4 cups chicken stock
1 can white beans
1 can black beans
salt to taste
Brown ground turkey in oil and drain. Add the rest and simmer about 20 minutes until hot.
