3/4 pound (300grams) ground beef (beef mince)
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup tomato puree
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons mild American mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 can beans (navy or black)
Brown ground beef and drain. Stir all ingredients together and simmer until hot. Serve on top of gluten-free bread.
