Chicken Parmesan

Sauce:

1 can tomato puree

1 Tablespoon olive oil

a shake of powdered garlic

pinch oregano

minced onion

Stir together.

Dip boneless chicken breasts or thighs in a beaten egg. Then dip in GF bread crumbs. Place in pan.

Top with tomato sauce. Bake at 375 F (190 C) 45 minutes to 1 hour. Near the end, top with sliced cheese.
