Meatloaf

1 small onion

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup cooked rice

2 eggs

1 pound (450 grams) ground beef (beef mince)

2 clumps of frozen spinach, thawed

1/4 cup tomato puree or sauce or ketchup

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon mixed herbs

Mix with ingredients with fingers, wearing rubber gloves. Press into a loaf pan or 8 muffin tins. Bake about 30 minutes at 350F (175 C) until cooked all the way through. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
