No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie with Chocolate Pie Crust

Pie Crust:

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup raw cashews, almonds, walnuts, or pecans

1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened colonut

1/8 teaspoon salt

8 pitted dates or 1/2 cup raisins

Combine all ingredients with a food processor. Pour into a pie pan and push into the pan using a piece of wax paper.

Pie filling:

1 cup peanut butter

3 medium bananas

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

stevia to taste or 3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar, or maple syrup

Blend everything together very well. Pour into prepared pie crust and freeze until firm. Thaw before eating until mousse-like texture returns.
