Brownie Dream Dessert

 

  • ¼ cup (50g) margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon guar gum (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • ¾ cup GF flour

 

Spread in greased 9×13 inch (23 x 33cm) pan or large glass casserole. Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 25-30 minutes.

 

Topping:

  • 1 pint (500ml) whipping cream
  • 1 9 7/8 0z (250 g) chocolate bar

 

Break chocolate into pieces and melt 1 minute. Cool until it’s about body temperature. Whip cream until nearly stiff. Beat the two together. Spread over crust. Chill until firm.
