1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (200grams) margarine or butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 cup (100 grams) chopped pecans
Melt chocolate and margarine. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla flavoring. Mix in flour and melted chocolate and beat well. Mix in pecans. Spread in a greased pie plate or 9 inch (23 cm) square pan. Bake at 325F (165C) for about 40 minutes. The center should be a bit gooey. This is rich and delicious.
