Self-Crusting Quiche

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup GF flour
  • 8 ounces (300 grams) cooked and drained spinach
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Mix and pour into greased pie pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 F (190 C) [or 220C (425F) for 20-30 minutes.]

Can also add GF bacon, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.
